When you stay at one of Hobbs Realty's beautiful Holden Beach NC rentals, you know you’ll get a great home on a gorgeous sub-tropical island. While our homes come with the basic necessities, it’s always nice to bring some supplies to make your stay feel more like home.
Linens are Provided for Every Rental
Hobbs Realty has set the standard for simple, clean bedding throughout our rental program. Please be aware that we are not using decorative bedspreads or shams that may be shown on the website photos. All Hobbs Realty homeowners provide bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) and a lightweight blanket for your use during your stay. These items are professionally laundered by our local linen vendors, packaged in large duffel bags and delivered to your home on the day of your arrival. Upon departure you simply return the used linens to the duffle bag to be picked up by the linen service.
For our cold-natured guests we suggest bringing your favorite snuggle blanket.
Please note that on Saturdays during the Holden Beach rental season our linen vendors work super hard to ensure linen delivery by 6 PM.
Towels
Towels are NOT included with most Holden Beach rentals. Please check each individual property description page for specifics. You may choose to rent towel sets from Hobbs Realty online during the booking check-out process or call us at 1-800-655-3367 and press option #2.
Medicine, Paper Products, and Personal Items
We suggest bringing all consumable items, including medicine, paper products, and personal items. Don’t forget your sunscreen and umbrella! If you want to buy groceries and supplies when you arrive, there’s a large Food Lion at the end of the Holden Beach Causeway as well as a Super Walmart in Shallotte, just 15 minutes away. We also have a Wal-Greens Pharmacy and a several beach goods stores along the Holden Beach Causeway for beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards!
